On-Site Support Protocol

On-site Visits

Boost IT is continuing on-site visits. However, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, there are some precautions we need to take.

Before attending your site, we need to confirm that:

  • None of your staff members have travelled internationally in the last 14 days
  • None of your staff members have come in contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days

If those conditions are unable to be met, then for the safety of our team, we won’t be able to attend your site. We will do our best to provide remote support.

Preventative Measures

If any of our team show symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case, that team member will not attend your site.

We’ll carry hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes with us at all times. Workspaces will be cleaned before and after we work, and we’ll clean our hands consistently to minimise any risks to your business. If we work together to be over-cautious and clean, we’ll be able to minimise the spread of COVID-19 across Australia and minimise the effect on businesses.

Where possible, we have elected to ensure that we are implementing social distancing and having employees who are able to, work from home.

Remote Support

Our techies are excellent communicators, so they’ll be able to help you with all your remote IT needs. We offer helpdesk service Australia-wide.
