Charles of Nakhle Shirtmakers was about to close his shop in Parramatta in Sydney’s West when we received his phone call.
At the first meeting, we were delighted to meet a humble, old fashioned, master craftsman. Like many small business owners, he didn’t have the time or know how to market his unique product.
Charles, in fact, was too humble. His website was nearly impossible find in search engines and did not appeal to his up market audience. The questions we asked at the Website Strategy Session meant we discovered Charles had dressed A-list stars like Leonardo Dicaprio as well as the Australian Prime Minister.
His new small business website showcased his unique story and skill, featured professional photography of his shirts, and was geared for his target audience’s searches in Google.
Recently, Charles asked Boost IT to design, create and implement an email marketing strategy to his existing clients and website subscribers.
