To reduce your ongoing support costs, BOOSTIT Computer Services offers pre-paid support vouchers. All vouchers cover phone and on-site technical support from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Time is deducted from the voucher in 15-minute increments. A status report is provided to customers at the end of each month. All vouchers are valid for a 24 month period from date of purchase.

BOOSTIT Computer Services will respond to all calls within 4 hours and arrange a time with the customer if on-site support is required (Sydney metro area only).
