Boost IT provides a wide range of network support for small to medium size businesses. Everything from PC deployment to network troubleshooting. If you have an IT problem, we have the know-how to fix it.

Temp IT Staff

Ever wished you had an extra pair of hands to help with your IT backlog? Or do you have IT staff going on leave? Boost IT provides ad-hoc on-site skilled IT professionals to assist with support calls and project rollouts. Unlike recruitment agencies there are no extra fees.

We charge a competitive hourly rate of $60 ex GST to work within your budget.

If your business is located in Norwest Business Park or surrounding Hills District suburbs, you are entitled to receive our special offers.

Support Vouchers

Support vouchers provide a simple way of driving down the cost of support for your business. Pre paid support vouchers are available in 10, 20, 40 and 60 hour blocks. Our voucher customers enjoy the benefit of calling a technician for immediate phone support.

All vouchers cover phone and on-site technical support from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Time is deducted from the voucher in 15-minute increments. A status report is provided to customers at the end of each month. All vouchers are valid for a 24 month period from date of purchase.

Boost IT will respond to all calls within 4 hours and arrange a time if on-site support is required (Sydney metro area only). To add even more value, BOOSTIT Computer Services does not charge for travel time unlike other providers.
